Fiscal Bulletin August 2023, No. 9-2023 On August 16, 2023, Governmental Agreement No. 188-2023 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare was published in the Official Gazette, whereby it was agreed to grant work permission with salary on Monday, August 21, 2023, to public servants who provide their services in the centralized and decentralized entities of the public administration.
As a consequence, it will be considered a non-business day for the purposes of calculating the terms that must be observed within the public administration.
The Agreement enters into force on August 17, 2023.
