On July 8, 2024, Decree Number 13-2024 Temporary Law to extend the term for the payment of the Tax on the Circulation of Land Vehicles was published in the Diario Oficial.
The following is a brief summary of the same:
Article 1 is amended: The term for the payment of the land vehicle tax is extended until the last business day of September 2024.
Article 2 is amended: This Decree was declared of national urgency, with the favorable vote of two thirds of the total number of deputies of the Congress of the Republic.
The agreement enters into force on the day following its publication in the Diario Oficinal, July 9, 2024.
