On June 23, 2023, the Superintendence of Tax Administration published Resolution No. SAT-DSI-894-2023 in which it grants work leave with salary on Friday twenty-third (23) and Monday twenty-sixth (26) June two thousand twenty-three (2023) to the personnel of the Superintendence of Tax Administration for the anniversary of the institution and in celebration of the general elections of the Republic of Guatemala.
It declares a non-working day for the effects of the computation of the terms established in the tax and customs legislation.
The resolution came into effect on June 23, 2023.
