On July 24, the Superintendence of Tax Administration through resolution No. SAT-DSI-1049-2023 resolved the administrative provisions that develop the use of information and communication technologies through the electronic transmission of data from the regional sworn traveler declaration.
The provisions are intended to allow travelers entering or leaving the national territory, greater degrees of facilitation through the use of IT as a mechanism to automate the filling or registration and electronic transmission of the data of the Regional Traveler Affidavit.
