Evelyn Guerra

She has more than 15 years of professional experience in the administrative area.  His experience includes the administrative management of several projects as well as quality control of services provided to multiple companies, tax compliance and accounts payable and receivable of national and transnational companies. He has experience in the control of reports of obligated persons before the Intendencia de Verificación Especial (IVE) of the SIB. She is part of the Transfer Pricing Division of Andersen and has experience in the preparation of Transfer Pricing reports and annexes, she has knowledge in Corporate Law assisting the Legal area.

As part of her professional development, she has participated in different courses, among which the following stand out: Tax Update and Impact of Transfer Pricing in Central America, given by the Superintendence of Tax Administration; Transfer Pricing Seminar given by Andersen in Queretaro, Mexico; Thinking Strategically, given by a representative of the School of Administration of the Catholic University of Chile; Intuitive Service, Business Security and active participation in NetworkingTalk N' Deal, and Women's Business Networking of the American Chamber of Commerce. She has actively participated in courses given by the Superintendency of Banks related to the prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism in Guatemala.
